What we look for?

We are recruiting for an empathic and motivated Key Account Manager Austria/Switzerland at XO Life who wants to promote our ImpactMonitor platform throughout the industry because he is passionate the same as we are about the uniqueness, innovation and the value proposition for patients and pharma. You want digital patient support and monitoring to become the standard in healthcare and our ImpactMonitor platform to be the primary choice for this.

Having an excellent network in the pharmaceutical industry together with a strong execution and can-do mentality would be an ideal background for this role. A "no" is not a hurdle for you, but the motivation to turn the client's answer into a "yes".

What are your responsibilities?

  • Acquisition of new pharmaceutical and medtech customers for digital patient monitoring on our ImpactMonitor platform in Austria and Switzerland
  • Expansion of existing customer relationships to use the ImpactMonitor platform in other product and therapy areas
  • Supporting existing customers in the onboarding and use of the ImpactMonitor platform
  • Actively building your pharma network by attending conferences and meetings
  • Maintenance of the CRM system for clean filing and documentation of customer relationships
  • Communicating customer needs to internal product and technology development and reporting back to clients

What is your background?

  • Excellent network in the pharma and medtech industry with at least 5 years of professional experience (e.g. in an agency), preferably relationships with marketing and/or product/brand managers
  • Empathetic, communicative, trusting personality with an executive and hands-on working mentality
  • Languages: fluency in German and English, our working language
  • Well-structured, organized and efficient work approach
  • Resident in and right to work in the EU
